Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts with corporate clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven client relationship abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales KPIs
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Jakarta's corporate and tourism landscape preferred
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
