Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for hydraulic hose and fittings products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation
- Prepare detailed quotations and negotiate contract terms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/hydraulic products
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and component specifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for client site visits
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
