Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Visayas region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust network of relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to ensure maximum profitability.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs and forecasts, to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Visayas region or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
