Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client accounts within the assigned territory (Iloilo and surrounding areas).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable Dwightsteel building solutions.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing and after-sales service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Iloilo City, Philippines.
