As a Sales Executive – Industrial Air Compressors & Vacuum Systems, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and prospecting potential clients, managing and growing existing accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets. You will leverage your technical knowledge to conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts that benefit both our clients and the company.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B sales, preferably in capital equipment or industrial machinery. You are comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess strong relationship-building abilities.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package (₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month plus commissions), ongoing training and development, and a supportive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a stable and expanding company.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for after-sales support, installation, and service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications and benefits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to conduct field sales visits within Metro Manila and nearby areas.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage.
