Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for industrial hardware, safety products, and PPE.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business relationships with end-users in the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice to clients regarding safety regulations and product specifications.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat orders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and contract documentation for management review.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management for clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales is preferred).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the industrial, construction, or safety equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial hardware, PPE products, and general safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve performance-based incentives and KPIs.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
