Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for industrial hardware, safety products, and PPE.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business relationships with end-users in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice to clients regarding safety regulations and product specifications.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and contract documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales is preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the industrial, construction, or safety equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial hardware, PPE products, and general safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve performance-based incentives and KPIs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
