We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be the primary link between our advanced machinery solutions and the industries that rely on them to scale their operations.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and long-term account maintenance. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about industrial technology, excels at building lasting professional relationships, and is comfortable conducting field visits to provide consultative solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Conduct regular field visits to client sites to understand their operational needs and propose suitable machinery solutions.
- Deliver professional, detailed presentations and technical demonstrations of our product portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
- Provide detailed sales reporting and forecasting to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to facilitate client visits in Semarang and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
