- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial pipe & tube market segments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in construction/manufacturing sectors
- Present technical product solutions and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM data
- Represent company at industry events and trade exhibitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in industrial/construction sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid Malaysian driver's license for client visits
