Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share across assigned regions.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the industrial products sector.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior service standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial product sales or B2B sales environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia as required for business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required for regional coverage.
