Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the industrial sector
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Surabaya and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial trade
- Strong understanding of industrial products and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
