Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, digital platforms)
- Develop deep product knowledge of industrial automation systems and solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Participate in regular team training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with solution-selling approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Basic understanding of AWS cloud services or willingness to obtain certification
