In this role, you will be the bridge between Chinese innovation leaders and the Malaysian tech ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential partnerships, crafting compelling value propositions, and leveraging strategic storytelling to onboard brands into the MRANTI community. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the digital transformation and commercialization of tech solutions by bringing global perspectives to our local hub. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business channels to reach major Chinese brands and technology enterprises.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to build long-term relationships with international stakeholders.
- Utilize creative storytelling to pitch MRANTI’s unique value proposition to potential partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding and successful integration into the ecosystem.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of international trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of Chinese brands.
- Represent MRANTI at industry events, webinars, and international business forums.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or international expansion roles.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for engaging with our target market in China.
- Strong understanding of Chinese business culture, digital platforms, and social media landscapes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced innovation ecosystem.
- Ability to travel occasionally for international meetings and networking opportunities.
