In this position, you'll manage the entire invoicing lifecycle from creation to resolution, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Your expertise will support our weekly order status reporting, providing valuable insights to the sales team and management. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed, contributing to the smooth operation of our maritime service operations.

- Manage customer invoicing processes for maritime services, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues through effective communication with clients
- Support weekly order status reporting by compiling and analyzing financial data
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to invoicing
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure seamless financial operations
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing statements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in invoicing and financial documentation
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to sales invoicing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales invoicing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and data entry skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex billing issues clearly
- Problem-solving abilities with experience in resolving financial discrepancies
- Knowledge of maritime industry or B2B sales environment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
