Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
- Track sales performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
