Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present company products and services to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or transportation industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Target-oriented with proven ability to meet sales goals
- Valid driver's license (for field sales activities)
