Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent product knowledge and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities in the Jambi area.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the mobile or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the Jambi local market landscape.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
