Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese restaurant clients in Singapore and Malaysia
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the F&B sector
- Present and demonstrate kitchen equipment solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Japanese F&B sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Japanese and English languages (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or kitchen equipment industry
- Strong understanding of Japanese business etiquette and communication styles
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid work authorization for Singapore and Malaysia
