Tanggung Jawab
- Customer Retention: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Market Expansion: Strategically expand our marketing area in Sumedang and Ciamis to capture new market segments.
- Target Achievement: Consistently work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Client Communication: Handle inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively with potential and existing clients.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports and provide feedback to the management team on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive negotiation style.
- Driving License: Valid driving license is required as the role involves field visits.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to set and achieve sales goals under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
