Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in sales with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the local market in Jawa Tengah region is preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
