Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector in the Medan region.
- Promote and sell John Deere tractors, combines, and related agricultural equipment to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations and technical support.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to understand local farming needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, quotes, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agriculture or heavy machinery.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region.
- Basic understanding of agricultural machinery or a willingness to learn.
