Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Johor region
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Present product demonstrations and provide detailed information about company offerings
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
