Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in Johor Bahru
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and distributors
- Promote Uniraw Dairies & Food products through direct sales and presentations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining product quality standards
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely product delivery
Kualifikasi
- SPM/'O' Level or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in food industry sales or distribution
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for client visits)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of Johor Bahru retail landscape preferred
