Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the region.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present product demonstrations and company proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine promotional campaigns and materials.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and track customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Attend networking events and industry functions to expand professional networks.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Fresh Graduates and Junior level candidates (STPM, Diploma, or Degree holders).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of working towards goals.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
