Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners in the Lampung Timur area.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
  • Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and ensure product availability.
  • Execute trade marketing activities and product promotions effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand product presence in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in territory management and planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and willingness to work in the field.
  • Residing in or willing to be placed in Kabupaten Lampung Timur.
