Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key dealers and partners in the mom and baby care sector
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Communicate product promotions, pricing strategies, and new product launches to dealer network
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Grow brand presence and market share through innovative sales approaches and customer relationship management
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, baby care, or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in dealer or key account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
