Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and sell company products/services to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (if field work is required)
