Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in the Klang Valley and Pahang regions.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Provide expert product consultations on our range of tires, lubricants, and automotive components.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through diligent pipeline management.
  • Conduct regular site visits to dealerships and workshops to ensure brand visibility and inventory support.
  • Collaborate with the internal supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and market intelligence feedback for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and strong negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Klang Valley and Pahang regions.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
