Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and onboard retail merchants in Sragen region to implement Kredivo's payment solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive training on Kredivo's payment gateway features
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at merchant locations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Track sales performance using CRM systems and maintain accurate client documentation
- Collaborate with technical support team to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and integration
- Develop monthly sales strategies to achieve regional targets for merchant acquisition
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to existing merchant partners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or merchant acquisition
- Proven track record in selling SaaS, fintech, or payment solutions preferred
- Deep understanding of retail sectors including fashion, electronics, and furniture
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Resident of Sragen or surrounding regions with established local business networks
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
