Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the retail sector in Tangerang Selatan. You will act as the face of Kredivo, visiting merchants to demonstrate our platform's value proposition and securing partnerships that drive mutual growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential retail merchants (fashion, electronics, furniture, etc.) in the Tangerang Selatan area.
- Present and demonstrate Kredivo's payment solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
- Explain the benefits of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) to merchants and assist with onboarding processes.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate sales data and feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the local retail landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local sales campaigns and events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with the retail environment in Banten and Tangerang is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory sales effectively.
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (wajib).
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
