In this role, you will act as a consultant to local retail businesses, helping them integrate Kredivo as a seamless payment solution. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new retail merchants in the Pekalongan area to integrate Kredivo as a primary payment method.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations to store owners regarding the benefits of BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial cold calling and lead generation to contract signing and merchant onboarding.
- Maintain high levels of merchant satisfaction by providing ongoing training and support post-acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and growth strategies.
- Ensure all merchant documentation and onboarding processes meet internal compliance and quality standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related disciplines preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, field sales, or retail acquisition, preferably within the fintech, banking, or FMCG industries.
- Deep understanding of the local Pekalongan business landscape and retail market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of motivation, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle for daily mobility.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales reporting systems.
