Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and FMCG growth? Good Luck Foods Industries (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Kuching. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for expanding our market presence and driving sales performance across retail outlets in the Sarawak region.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are well-represented, effectively merchandised, and consistently available to our customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing retail clients to ensure brand loyalty and optimal shelf presence.
- Conduct regular site visits to retail outlets in the Kuching area to monitor stock levels and merchandising quality.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s distribution footprint.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, market analysis, and feedback on competitor activities for management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance brand advocacy at the point of sale.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for travel within the Kuching area.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
