Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical research sectors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for high-level decision-makers and laboratory managers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide expert technical advice on IKA products, matching client requirements with the appropriate laboratory hardware and software.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to identify emerging industry trends.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the scientific equipment, laboratory supplies, or industrial instrumentation industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex scientific equipment to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and build a professional client network.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools for sales tracking.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend regional project sites.
