Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail outlets, independent stores, and potential partners in Lampung.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present, promote, and sell our range of gadget accessories using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule and territory.
- Analyze market potential, track sales activities, and provide regular reporting to the management team.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product distribution and stock availability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile accessories and market competition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School degree (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in any field; relevant experience in sales or retail is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the electronics, gadget accessories, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the Lampung area as required.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using basic mobile office applications and CRM tools.
