Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients in the LCL shipping sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through targeted prospecting
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless shipment coordination and delivery
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and conduct market analysis for competitive positioning
- Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate client documentation in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry regulations, freight rates, and logistics market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client visits
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
