Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the Malaysian market and beyond. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure our unique selling propositions are effectively communicated.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize leisure account contributions and revenue growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts to ensure retention and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and emerging travel trends in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
