- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in local and international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
- Experience in both local and international markets is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Malay; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
