  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the container services sector.
  • Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification to final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to the management team.
  • Represent Allied Container Services professionally at trade shows and industry meetings.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development (preferably in logistics, shipping, or industrial equipment).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a high level of business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
