- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new logistics clients
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
- Prepare customized freight forwarding and logistics proposals
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation
- Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication in English and local languages
- Singaporean or valid work permit required
