Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to showcase our logistics solutions and service value.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company pricing policies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for regional client management).
