Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for electrical engineering and industrial solutions? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to represent CHINT's premium Low Voltage (LV) product portfolio. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Malaysia's industrial growth, building strategic partnerships with panel builders, electrical consultants, and contractors.

You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, securing project specifications, and ensuring our switchgear and LV solutions are the preferred choice for industrial and commercial projects. If you possess a technical sales background and a hunger for hitting ambitious targets, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive revenue growth for CHINT LV products and switchgear systems across the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with panel builders, M&E consultants, and developers.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and technical demonstrations for key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final project closure.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within Malaysia’s booming industrial sectors.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to provide accurate project quotations and engineering support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience in electrical switchgear or LV components.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical distribution systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for site visits within Selangor.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage diverse client bases.
