Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for luxury furniture collections
- Conduct high-value client consultations, demonstrating product knowledge and design solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients
- Collaborate with design teams to provide customized furniture solutions for premium residential projects
- Track sales pipeline using CRM systems and maintain accurate client documentation
- Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings
- Participate in exclusive showroom events and luxury home exhibitions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury goods or high-end furniture sales
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in premium retail environments
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and furniture craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Design-related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
