Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to maximize room revenue.
- Conduct regular sales visits, prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and competitive contracts.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with seasonal promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, targets, and forecasts to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional sales process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality field.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, high-energy team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred.
