Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential retail partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular market visits and field operations to assess stock levels, shelf visibility, and product placement.
- Promote products effectively to drive volume, enhance brand awareness, and secure prime shelf space.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or retail management (Minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license is required.
