Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and acquire new clients within freight forwarding and logistics sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end client relationships from proposal to shipment execution
- Negotiate competitive pricing and service agreements with corporate and SME clients
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely cargo movement and issue resolution
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast reporting in CRM systems
- Represent company at industry events and trade associations to expand network
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation procedures
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Professional certifications (CIPS, FIATA) considered advantageous
