Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for effective client communication.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
- Possess a result-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Possess own transportation for client visits in the Shah Alam and Subang regions.
