We're seeking a dynamic Mandarin-speaking professional to spearhead our market expansion efforts in Indonesia's rapidly growing electric vehicle sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Aima's EV footprint in Sulawesi Selatan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, distributors, and partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed technical information about Aima's electric vehicle lineup
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion
- Prepare sales reports, market analyses, and competitive intelligence for the regional team
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, technology, or renewable energy sectors
- Native or fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken) with business proficiency
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Understanding of Indonesian automotive market dynamics
