Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking market segment.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
