- Develop and maintain client relationships in Thailand and Vietnam markets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand MSC's market presence
- Present and sell logistics solutions to manufacturing/export clients
- Negotiate contracts and achieve quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with operations team for seamless service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written/spoken)
- 3+ years sales experience in logistics or shipping industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel between Thailand and Vietnam
