- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach in the telecommunications sector
- Present and promote Smart Cable's products and services to potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and competitor information to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for the Mandarin-speaking market
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
