Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure client technical requirements are accurately fulfilled.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B industrial sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation for client visits across the region.
